We did a grass lap for a warm up and then 14 hills and another grass lap for a cool down.
We ran at Wheeler farm today. 2.5 warm up, 8 strides, 4 800's which killed and then about a mile cooldown.
Did the rock run at the JCC, ran 3 miles out and 3 back.
7/11 run. Felt horrible from all the slurpees, need to build better endurance.
Ran pipeline today, made it to the rattlesnake sign and back. My knees really hurt today.
Fairmont today, did a mile warm up, 2 circuts, the penny run and then a half mile cool down.
